NGO Activities : Since the year of its establishment All India Janshruti has set remarkable milestone in the Path of social service with on incomparable direction . All India Janshruti continually providing Public Assistance and free consultancy at public information centre” (PIC) at its Head Office to facilitated “Easy Access of information’s” to common people. The organization provided opportunities to more than 500 people, especially weaker sections of the society to develop socially, economically, culturally and educationally. The centre provided literatures, computer based information and audio, video aids on self-employment, Health & Family welfare, Rural Development, Environment awareness, consumer awareness, Rural sanitation in various tribal and backward areas of Bihar, Jharkhand , Chhtishgarh and West Bengal . Health hazards, HIV/AIDS ,Child & women Empowerment are major human rights issues which are being vigorously propagated in East Singhbhum, Sahibganj districts of Jharkhand State. Under the functional vocational training programmes , Janshruti Created more than 1000 self employed job opportunities in computer, Typing, Handicrafts, spice making, Tailoring, sewing ,etc. in 20 Panchayats areas of 3 districts of Sahibganj, Godda, Pankur in Jharkhand State, Samastipur ,Gaya and East Champaran in Bihar State. The majority of beneficiaries were people of Mushars . In 2009, Janshruti enhanced the life status of 760 marginal families residing in 50 village in three districts of Jharkhand Pakur, Gondda, and Lohardagga. Janshruti provided skills to 50 women in Mushroom Production, fishery ,pig & chicken rearing and Floriculture. Today majority of them built enough confidence to earn and lead a normal life. Under the mission of for food security development, Janshruti has achieved a great success in promoting 30 Self Help Groups (SHGs) of women in rural areas of in Barihat, Taljhari, Uddhawa and Shabganj Blocks of Jharkhand State and Mohan pur, Mohiuddin Nagar, Vidhyapati Nagar Blocks of Bihar State. In villages of Mehnar, Sahdai Buzurg and Desari blocks of Vaishali District (Bihar), 410 patients were examined during 2008-09 and given essential medicines at subsidized rates. Training for traditional birth attendants (TBAS), Health volunteers and ortimators were also organized by us. In 2009,We revitalized literacy campaign among Dalit, and Mushar in Bihar State . Our organization mobilized various NGO’s in Eastern Jharkhand, Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh for joint action on the issue of child trafficking . All India Janshruti organized mass rallies and Nukkad Natak in order to highlight the issue of the girl child’s right to education. In Jamshedpur, Pakur, Devgharh in Jharkhand under the SMILE, Janshruti succeeded in empowering 300 adolescent girls through literacy and education. All India Janshruti advocated various water conservation methods in Deogarh , Bhagalpur districts of the Jharkhand State . Our organization is becoming popular day by day for work of sanitation programmes in the blocks Barihat in the Sahibganj District Jharkhand.All India Janshruti renovated traditional irrigation structures in 8 villages of Dumaria block in Gaya District of Bihar State. Janshruti has got a remarkable positive response from the farmers of Vaishali district of Bihar ,in the campaign of organic farming where more than 100 farmers increased their agricultural output by adopting organic farming .
